To be honest, we have been looking for a bunk bed/futon sofa for a while now. We were hesitant to purchase online. Thanks for taking care of us. We LOVE the futon. It fits perfectly into the small space we had, arms and all. The cover is exactly what I would have picked, and matches the room (and our taste) flawlessly. It was very easy for us to put together, too. Our son can’t wait to take a nap on it! The only thing was that when we received it, one of the center supports was broken. Instead of having to send it back, my husband said he will replace it. I would just like to comment on your outstanding customer relations. I have searched the web over to find the right loft bed for my two sons and we ran across this website. When I called this morning and spoke to the lady taking the orders I was thoroughly impressed with her friendliness and willingness to get me hooked up with the right solution regardless of making the big money sale, she seemed really interested in getting me taken care of and was mindful of the budget I was working with.
