The Super-strong, American-made Skyy Platform Bed features solid construction with an impressive dual-tapered headboard design that points gracefully toward the sky. Built to last with eco-friendly Southern Yellow Pine, the 15″ bed height not only provides the proper height without using a box spring but also creates ample storage space with a 10 ½″ clearance below.

A Solid Platform Bed with a Subtle Skyward Design
You will sleep well knowing that this one bed meets all of your needs at a most affordable price. The timeless design is both functional and durable. Both the feet and the rails are made from 1 ½″ thick stock and we use extra strong, 5/16″ bolts (not ¼″ like nearly all others). The result? Say goodbye to squeaks — this frame is quiet! And with 12 underbed slats, and a full-length mid-support for sizes wider than Twin, the Skyy Platform Bed frame provides a solid platform for your futon or mattress.
Affordable Space Saver
By raising your bed up and ditching the box spring, you get lots of storage space below. The Skyy Platform Bed has a 10 ½″ clearance which will allow for a trundle bed, underbed storage drawers, storage boxes, you name it. We even offer a tall leg kit to provide up to 15″ of clearance. Slat Upgrade kit Available
We even offer a slat upgrade if you have a memory foam or latex mattress that requires a slatted platform to allow the mattress to breath but also requires closer spacing of the slats. The 18-slat upgrade reduces the slat spacing from 3 ¼″ to 1 ½″.
